The inside house has 1 lockable door from the outside of the house (as shown in the photo with the perspex windows), for easy access cleaning and for egg collection or inspection purposes.

PLUS 1 lockable door from the inside of the run to the house, ensuring your hens are locked safely in at night away from predators.

The addded benefit of having a raised house means that RATS and other vermin cannot burrow underneath the house, which is what happens with other chicken houses which are flat or a few inches only from the ground (leaving a nice warm place for the rats to live).

4 mini perspex windows in the house door to allow light inside.

Covered run to help your hens stay healthy (nothing like sunshine and fresh air for healthy chickens) but also preventing your birds from gettting wet in bad weather.

The outside run is covered with weld mesh and the non toxic timber is pre-treated to preserve it from the extreme weather conditions - both hot and cold.

Pre-treated timber helps to prevent mites.

The outside run also has another lockable door from the outside (as shown in the photo ) to prevent your hens from escaping and more important to prevent predators from getting in!

The roof is also covered with green mineralised felt.
