Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, select the item(s) and select your postal region, (UK, Europe, World). The item(s) will be added to your shopping cart on the right of your screen. Then click the 'buy now' box. Your shopping cart will then be displayed in full including your p & p costs.
Then seclect the 'click here to pay' box. You will then be transferred to the secure server payment options. Either enter your paypal account details or pay via your credit card.

We accept payment in the following forms for ALL goods purchased from us:
Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card, Business or Personal Cheque, Postal Order, Bank Transfer, Cash (by registered post).
Please note goods cannot be dispatched until we have bank clearance for cheques.
We accept credit card payments using high security latest 128 bit SSL encryption methods for absolute security. If you are shopping from the EU or other countries outside of the UK simply place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your own currency.

PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems.When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
Please note we ship only to Mainland UK at the prices stated - we will deliver to other areas such as the Scottish Highlands and islands but please check prior to ordering for postage rates to non mainland UK postcodes.
We deliver cages, large playstands, poultry houses and parrot food/ seed mixes to UK ONLY, we cannot ship cages and large playstands worldwide.
We will however post all other items: parrot toys, supplements, swings, jewellery items etc worldwide - please check for postage rates before ordering if not stated.

Delivery Schedule For Jewellery Items
Goods will be posted same or next day (depending on time of order), using Royal Mail first class postal service. UK deliveries should arrive within 1 or 2 days of ordering. Please allow 5 -12 days for delivery worldwide depending on your location and where the weekends fall. We will inform you if we cannot deliver within this timeframe.
Back Orders - If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Delivery Schedule For Parrot Cages, Playstands, Dog Accommodation, Mammal Housing, Poultry Housing
Goods will usually be dispatched and delivered usually within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. We will inform you if delivery will be longer than this. Most parrot and animal housing items are usually always in stock, but there are times when some individual items may be temporarily out of stock due to high demands, we will inform you if there is a possibility of any delay.

Goods will be posted same or next day via Royal Mail first class post or courier (depending on the order). Delivery should be within 2-3 days of ordering.
Returns
We aim to please and provide peace of mind when you make your purchase, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us.
Any returns (jewellery items) must be returned to us within 14 days with the receipt and in its original packaging and condition and we will provide a replacement item if the original was damaged or, if you prefer, refund you the purchase cost of the item. The purchaser is responsible for the postage cost of returned items. If you do need to return any goods, please ensure that the package is securely wrapped as it may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement on goods which are damaged during return transit to us. All items are securely and carefully packed by us for shipment.
If you are unsatisfied with any other items received from us (excluding jewellery items) please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your item, we aim to please but cannot deal with queries about unwanted/damaged goods after 48 hours has elapsed. You will need to provide proof in the form of photographic evidence of any damage.
Please note all goods sent by us excluding jewellery and parrot toys/perches WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE from an authorised recipient. Goods cannot be left without a signature.

In addition to the security of the credit card transaction itself, we know that when you shop online, you want to be assured that your name, address, and any other information that you give to us is kept safe and secure. Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected solely for the process of fulfilling your order. CKC Birds do not pass on your e-mail address, home address or any other details to any third party.
